Responsibilities:
Handle branch walk-in customers and explain Gold Loan products.
Generate current customers and business through references and local activities.
Process Gold Loan applications and complete KYC documentation.
Coordinate with Gold Appraisers for loan processing.
Follow up with existing customers for renewals and repayments.
Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Achieve monthly sales/business targets.
Support day-to-day branch operations.
Requirements:
Any Degree / Diploma
Freshers can apply – First Preference
0–2 years experience in NBFC / Banking / Finance / Retail Sales is an advantage.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in a branch setting.
Pay: ₹15,632.49 - ₹20,017.72 per month
