Role & responsibilities
Independently conduct Staff Accountability Reviews (SAR) for NPA cases including role of relevant staff involved during the life-cycle of the loan and determination of Vigilance Angle if any.
Identify procedural lapses and clearly distinguish between mala fide (fraudulent) intent, negligence, and bona fide business errors, basis available records.
Prepare comprehensive, high-quality investigation reports within prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT) for submission to Senior Management, Board Committees, and regulators.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth information flow and resolution of issues
Maintain strict records, evidentiary trails, and documentation pertaining to each investigation.
