Job Title: Application Monitoring & Calling Manager

Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage candidate applications received through advertisements and employee referrals.
Lead candidate follow-ups and ensure successful joining of referred candidates.
Manage the calling team and monitor daily performance.
Maintain accurate candidate records updates.
Prepare and review daily reports.
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, telecalling, or team management.
Prior experience in a managerial or team-handling role is mandatory.
Solid communication,
follow-up, and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Robust organizational and coordination skills.
Language Requirements:
English, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil.
Candidates fluent in multiple languages will be preferred.
Qualification:
Any Graduate.
Relevant experience in recruitment/telecalling is mandatory.
Freshers are not eligible for this position.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
