Role & responsibilities
Store management and inventory control : Monitor stock levels, track daily receipts and issues, and prevent stock outs or overstocking.
Compliance & Safety: Valuable Storage Practices (GSP) and safety standards.
Vendor & Supply Coordination: Work with purchase department, suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and accurate material dispensing.
Record Keeping: Maintain exact digital logs using ERP systems or inventory software
Audits: Participate in regular physical stock reconciliation
