Role & responsibilities
Prepare quotations for Air, Sea, and Land freight.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents for rates and bookings.
Handle day-to-day freight forwarding operations and shipment tracking.
Manage import/export documentation and ensure smooth execution.
Communicate with customers regarding pricing, shipments, and updates.
Negotiate freight rates and maintain updated rate sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely shipment delivery.
