Key Responsibilities
Staffing Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end employee/consultant lifecycle: onboarding, deployment, extensions, redeployment, and exits.
Handle high-volume joining and exits across multiple clients and locations.
Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, amendments, and extensions
Payroll & Billing Operations
Oversee payroll processing for permanent employees and contractual staff.
Coordinate with finance for client billing, timesheets, and attendance validation.
Ensure accuracy in incentives, overtime, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
Manage full & final settlements for consultants and internal employees.
Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Management
Ensure compliance with staffing-related labor laws:
PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity
Minimum Wages Act
Contract labor & vendor compliance
Maintain client-wise statutory documentation and compliance trackers.





Client & Vendor Coordination
Act as HR SPOC for client escalations related to payroll, compliance, or consultant issues.
Support client audits, compliance checks, and documentation requests.
Manage third-party vendors (payroll, background verification, statutory consultants).

Key Skills & Competencies
Robust expertise in staffing HR operations & contract labor laws.
Hands-on experience in payroll, billing coordination, and compliance.
Client-facing communication and escalation handling skills.
Advanced Excel, HRIS, ATS knowledge.
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
