About the Role

TeamLease is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – Recruitment to manage the recruitment operations for the Asian Paints account. The Team Lead will be stationed at the client location and will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 6–7 Pan India Recruiters, ensuring timely closure of recruitment requirements and maintaining robust day-to-day coordination with the client.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in team handling, client management, recruitment operations, stakeholder coordination, and target achievement.
Manage and guide a team of 6–7 Pan India Recruiters handling recruitment for the Asian Paints account.
Be stationed at the Asian Paints client location and act as the primary recruitment SPOC for day-to-day coordination.




Understand client requirements and ensure timely allocation and execution of vacancies across locations.
Conduct daily calls with the recruitment team to review progress, challenges, closures, and targets.
Set transparent recruitment targets for the team and ensure 100% target achievement within defined timelines.
Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, sourcing activity, interview scheduling, and closures.
Maintain regular daily communication and coordination with the client regarding recruitment status and requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
Track open positions, sourcing, screening, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
Follow up with the client and internal stakeholders for candidate feedback and ensure timely closure of interview processes.
