We are looking for a skilled Accounts qualified with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the real estate industry, specifically in construction projects located in Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibility
Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and laws.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
