About the Role
Consortium eLearning Network Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a \Finance Executive\ who can handle and support the company's overall finance function beyond routine accounting activities.
The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of \P&L;, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, cost analysis and financial planning\ and should be capable of converting financial data into meaningful business insights for management.
This is \not a purely Accounts Executive role\.
The candidate will work closely with management and different departments to monitor the company's financial performance, identify financial requirements, control costs and support business decisions.
Key Responsibilit
P&L; & Financial Analysis
* Prepare and analyse monthly Profit & Loss statements.
* Analyse revenue, gross margin, operating expenses and net profitability.
* Identify major changes and deviations in financial performance.
Analyse \Actual vs Budget vs Previous Period\* performance.
* Highlight areas of cost leakage and prospects for profitability improvement.
* Provide meaningful financial insights to management.
MIS & Management Reporting
* Prepare monthly/weekly MIS reports for management.
* Track key financial and business performance indicators.
* Prepare revenue, expense, margin, collection and profitability reports.
* Develop dashboards/reports using MS Excel.
