Job Purpose:
Responsible for the daily supervision, discipline, safety, cleanliness, and welfare of hostel residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise residents and maintain discipline.
Monitor attendance and entry/exit records.
Monitor security and visitor access.
Coordinate housekeeping, food, and maintenance services.
Maintain hostel registers and incident reports.
Report reliable issues to the Warden/Management.
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Relevant supervisory experience preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to handle emergencies.
NOTE: Food and Accommodation provided
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
