Role Description
This is a full time, in office role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the Mohali district. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs,



defining role requirements, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a robust talent pipeline, leveraging various recruitment platforms, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations. The specialist will also track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications
