Job Purpose

SOX & IFC compliance for the Bank as required under Sarbanes Oxley Act & Indian Companies Act 2013.

Job Responsibilities(JR) :

SOX & IFC Regulatory update • Assist in complying with internal control over financial reporting under SOX 404 Planning • Review of ITGC applications scoping - Assessment of ITGC applications having financial implications, identification of incremental applications and mapping processes. Assessment of incremental GLs, analyzing scope in/scope out of Gl, mapping of Gl to respective processes by review of trial balance scoping • Assessment of accounts to be scoped in SOX based on confirmation received from various departments Documentation • Assisting process owners in updation of process flows and RCMs • Assisting in preparation of recent process flows and RCMs Review of SOX processes • Review of Process flow & Risk Control Matrix for processes mapped against trial balance.



• Identification of deficiencies for processes tested and improvements in business function across different functions and reporting documentation and design deficiencies to senior management. Coordination • Coordination with Internal Audit/External Audit & process owner for resolution of deficiencies arising out of control testing.

Educational Qualifications

Chartered Accountant

Positive Auditing skills

Valuable communication skills

Experience Required(examples listed below)
Minimum experience in years - 3 years
Exposure to banking preferable
