Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA); or
MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
Role Overview
Looking for a qualified CA / MBA (Finance) to manage and support the financial, tax, transfer pricing and operational compliance requirements of offices at Middle East (UAE) and Singapore, including inter-office service arrangements, cross-border transactions and overseas office financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
Transfer Pricing & International Tax
Review and implement transfer pricing policies for inter-office transactions between India, Middle East and Singapore.
Coordinate with external advisors on TP, international tax and regulatory matters.
Review overseas tax, withholding tax, GST/VAT and related compliance matters.
Support TP documentation, benchmarking studies and audit defence.
Cross-Border Operations
Manage inter-office service arrangements, cost allocations and cross-border invoicing.
Monitor overseas office funding arrangements and inter-company transactions.
Review pricing methodologies, cost recovery mechanisms and arm's length compliance.
Coordinate with Middle East and Singapore management on commercial and operational matters.
Documentation & Governance
Supervise inter-office agreements, engagement documentation and supporting records for cross-border transactions.
Ensure appropriate documentation and audit trail for inter-company services and billings.
Coordinate with legal, finance and tax teams for implementation of overseas operating models.
Financial Management & Compliance
Review overseas office budgets, funding requirements and financial performance.
Monitor statutory, regulatory and tax compliance in UAE and Singapore.
Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks and regulatory advisors.
