We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements, design CRM solutions, configure SAP CRM modules, and support end-to-end implementation projects. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver effective customer relationship management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Configure and customize SAP CRM functionalities based on business needs.
Work on SAP CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center processes.
Perform business process mapping and gap analysis.
Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for development requirements.
Coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
Execute unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
Manage master data and CRM middleware monitoring.
Support data migration activities and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
Conduct end-user training and prepare user documentation.
Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
