Key Responsibilities

Influencer Research & Outreach
Identify and research relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Assist in influencer outreach, communication, and onboarding processes.
Build and maintain creator databases and outreach trackers.
Research emerging creators, content trends, and industry opportunities.

Campaign Coordination & Execution
Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
Coordinate with creators to ensure timely submission of deliverables.
Assist in managing campaign timelines, follow-ups, and communication.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Campaign Tracking & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance across key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and views.
Assist in preparing campaign reports and performance summaries.
Organize campaign data and maintain accurate records.
Support the team in gathering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Industry Research & Growth




Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and creator economy developments.
Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging influencer opportunities.
Contribute ideas that can help improve campaign effectiveness and agency growth.

Who We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
Solid interest in influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy.
Basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator trends.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and online research tools is a plus.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a rapid-paced startup workplace.
