Role & responsibilities
Conduct due diligence, vendors, business partners, consultants, and other third parties.
Review and assess compliance-related documents, records, declarations, and supporting information.
Conduct background checks and identify potential compliance risks, discrepancies, or red flags.
Maintain proper documentation and records of due diligence and compliance activities.
Monitor changes in applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements and advise relevant stakeholders accordingly.
Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal compliance policies and procedures.
Assist in conducting compliance reviews, audits, and periodic assessments.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for compliance-related matters.
Prepare compliance reports, MIS, trackers, and management updates.




Ensure timely closure and follow-up of compliance observations and identified risks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and third-party information.
Perform any other compliance-related duties assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of compliance processes and due diligence practices.
Valuable analytical and risk-assessment skills.
Robust documentation and report-writing abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to independently handle multiple compliance activities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
