Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely corrective action.
Maintain and update preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and factory regulations.
Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime.
Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
Supervise contractors/vendors during electrical work.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and industrial equipment.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, motors, transformers, and switchgear.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.
Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of relevant compliance standards (e.g., Karnataka Factories Rules).
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Exposure to manufacturing/production workplace preferred.
