Key Skills
- 7–10 years of relevant experience
- Robust hands-on experience in Python
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning / Deep Learning
- Experience with MLflow
- Strong understanding of Regression and Predictive Modeling
- Experience in NLP or Computer Vision
- Knowledge of Ensemble Techniques, Random Forest, and Clustering
- Experience in developing and deploying ML models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Banking/Financial Services experience is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
