Position Title: Senior Copywriter Business Unit: WP International Experience: 3+ yrs Location: Marol, Mumbai Shift Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Mon to Fri) Salary Range: 8-11 LPA About the Role • Write compelling copy for social media, email campaigns, performance ads, influencer content & offline marketing • Translate brand strategy and audience insights into high-impact storytelling • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and business teams • Lead ideation and contribute to creative concepts & campaign planning • Conduct research to deeply understand products, users, and messaging • Manage multiple projects end-to-end while meeting quality and timelines • Optimize copy using feedback, data,
and performance insights • Mentor junior writers and uphold content quality benchmarks What We're Looking For • Exceptional command over English language, grammar & nuance • Ability to adapt tone and style across platforms and funnel stages • Strong conceptual thinking with a performance-driven mindset • High attention to detail and comfort in fast-paced environments • Solid understanding of social media marketing & performance copywriting • Experience working with cross-functional teams Requirements • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications , or related field • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content, or brand marketing
