Seeking experienced Senior Civil Engineers to independently lead execution of civil and structural projects in Pune. The role carries full ownership of site delivery, cost, quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring and handover

- Project scheduling,budgeting, BOQ preparation and cost control

- Contractor/vendor management and billing verification

- Quality control, site safety and statutory/regulatory compliance

- Drawing and structural design review; coordination with consultants

- Team leadership, mentoring and MIS reporting to management

Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)

- 1015 years of relevant experience in civil construction, infrastructure development or project management.

- AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, STAAD Pro; sound knowledge of IS codes

- Proven experience handling projects independently

- Experience in institutional, educational, commercial or similar large-scale projects will be an advantage.

- Robust leadership, negotiation and communication skills
