Roles & Responsibilities :-
Conduct technical verification and physical inspection of properties for loan proposals.
Verify property measurements, construction quality, approved plans, and building specifications.
Review technical valuation reports and identify deviations, discrepancies, and property-related risks.
Coordinate with valuers, architects, legal, credit, and operations teams for technical due diligence.
Conduct pre-sanction, post-sanction, and stage-wise construction inspections as required.
Ensure timely technical reports and compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable guidelines.
