Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional specifications.
• Configure SAP CRM modules including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Customize business processes such as lead-to-order, chance management, service requests, and complaints.
• Work with ABAP and technical teams to support enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support data migration, cutover activities, and go-live support.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid functional knowledge of SAP CRM modules.
• Experience with CRM middleware, integration with ECC/S4HANA
. • Understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, and Service.
• Familiarity with Web UI configuration and CRM workflows.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Preferred)
SAP Certified Application Associate SAP CRM • SAP Sales or Service Cloud certification • Relevant SAP functional certifications
