Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance of mechanical equipment including pumps, reactors, goods & passenger lifts, cooling towers, chilling plants, thermopacs, DG sets, and fire hydrant systems.
Review and execution of AutoCAD drawings and piping layouts.
Operation and monitoring of DG sets, including maintaining logbooks.
Carrying out routine and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
Troubleshooting and resolving equipment breakdowns promptly.
Repair and upkeep of various mechanical systems and components.
Maintaining detailed records of machinery, including repairs, modifications, and inspections.
Implementing Kaizen initiatives to improve cost efficiency, safety, and manpower utilization
