About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Property Manager
to manage homeowner, board member, vendor, and customer communications while ensuring timely resolution of property-related requests and concerns.

The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, solid problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Homeowner Communication: Handle inquiries from homeowners, board members, customers, and other stakeholders through email, outbound calls, and other communication channels.
Issue Resolution: Understand customer concerns, investigate issues, coordinate with relevant teams,



and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Outbound Calls & Follow-Ups: Make outbound calls to homeowners, vendors, customers, and stakeholders to provide updates, gather information, and resolve pending matters.
Email Management: Respond to emails professionally, clearly, and within defined turnaround times.
Ticket & Request Management: Create, track, update, and close service requests and tickets while ensuring proper documentation.
Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints professionally, de-escalate difficult situations, and work toward appropriate resolutions.
Escalation Management: Identify issues requiring additional support or authorization and escalate them to the appropriate team or management.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure property-related issues are addressed within required timelines.
Board Member Coordination: Communicate with HOA/Board members and provide timely updates regard
