Responsibilities
Arrange arrange and make available the tools machine program zig and fixture as per production plan
To prepare tool and insert selection chart for different machining operations
Monitor the tool life, to perform/arrange necessary repair of tooling
To develop tooling, jig, fixtures to reduce machining cycle time in consultation with tool suppliers, engineering & design team.
Maintain valuable level of housekeeping. Achieve goals within the budget
Ensuring product and process quality meets specification required
