About the Role

Giryotech is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage product listings

and day-to-day marketplace operations for a wide variety of products.

The selected candidate will handle seller accounts across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho,

Myntra, AJIO, JioMart, Snapdeal, IndiaMART, Shopify/our own website, ONDC, and other relevant

category-specific platforms. The role requires accurate catalog work, regular coordination, quick problem-solving,

and the ability to learn different marketplace systems and policies

Responsibilities:
Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, prices, and variations.
Manage inventory, orders, dispatch, returns, refunds, and marketplace support tickets.




Monitor account health, suppressed listings, ratings, and policy issues.
Assist with marketplace advertisements, offers, coupons, and promotions.
Track sales, advertising results, returns, and inventory.
Prepare reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
Coordinate with warehouse, design, accounts, and dispatch teams.

Requirements:
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Meesho Supplier Panel.
Understanding of product listing, marketplace SEO, orders, inventory, and returns.
Positive Excel/Google Sheets and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple platforms.
Experience is preferred, but skilled candidates may also apply.
