Role & responsibilities
Managing the Quality function for WE Zone.
Creating and implementing quality management framework.
Influencing key stakeholders for continuous quality improvement
Impacting quality by creating systems for Design, FM, Construction to deliver right quality.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Specify Quality requirements for Raw materials with suppliers.
Conduct QA training for all departments periodically and ensure that contractors are in compliance with quality systems.
Introduce and implement recent quality management methods to ensure high level of Quality.
Research recent design options to improve quality
Conduct site visits.
Interact with site project teams to understand quality issues.
Create internal audit and external audit.
Review existing SOPs and methods.

Preferred candidate profile
18+ years of experience in Quality Function in Real Estate Industry.
Should have worked in high rise projects.
Multiple projects experience mandatory.
