Job Overview :

The Sales Support will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across various sports-related products and services. The role involves leading a agile sales team, building strategic partnerships and expanding the company's presence within schools, corporates and sports communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the companys vision and business objectives.
Define revenue goals, monitor performance metrics and achieve growth targets.
Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to identify prospects for expansion.
Team Management
Recruit, train and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Sales Executives.
Set team goals, provide regular performance feedback and drive accountability.




Foster a results-oriented culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, corporates, academies and sponsors.
Develop customized offerings for clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as the face of the company in high-profile meetings and negotiations.
Revenue Generation
Drive revenue through the promotion of inter-school sports events, corporate tournaments, training programs and sports-day activities.
Develop tailored corporate tournaments for team-based events (e.g., cricket, soccer, marathons).
Lead the acquisition of sponsorships and partnerships to maximize revenue and brand exposure.
Operational Oversight
Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, venue bookings and equipment management.
