We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day store operations, inventory management, staff coordination, customer service, and overall restaurant performance. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, operational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations efficiently.
Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and overall store performance.
Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, receiving, and storage.
Ensure proper FIFO and FEFO practices are followed.
Monitor food cost, wastage, and stock variance.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Service, Purchase, Accounts, and HR teams.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and customer service.
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Manage staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Prepare daily operational and sales reports for management.
Ensure restaurant SOPs, company policies, and statutory requirements are followed.




Monitor cash handling and ensure proper billing and settlement procedures.
Conduct regular stock audits and identify discrepancies.
Support recruitment, staff training, orientation, and performance improvement.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant and store areas.
Drive sales growth and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with management to achieve business and operational targets.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or food & beverage operations.
Robust knowledge of restaurant operations and inventory management.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and restaurant POS systems.
Ability to handle pressure and solve operational issues effectively.
Candidates with Hotel Management or relevant qualifications will be preferred.
