About the Role

ExpoBazaar India is looking for an E-commerce Listing & Website Operations Executive to manage product listings and day-to-day catalogue operations across our Shopify website and other e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end product listing and cataloguing* on Shopify and other marketplaces.

* Upload and maintain product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, SKUs, variants, specifications, dimensions, tags, and attributes.

Create and manage A+ Content / Enhanced Product Content* for marketplace listings.

* Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, visually appealing, and aligned with platform guidelines.

Manage Shopify collections, product categorisation, inventory, pricing, and basic website merchandising*.

* Conduct regular listing sanity checks and resolve catalogue errors or missing information.

* Coordinate with content, design, sourcing, and operations teams to collect and update product information.

* Manage bulk product uploads, SKU updates, catalogue changes,



and listing corrections.

* Maintain product and catalogue trackers and ensure timely publishing of current products.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce listing, catalogue management, or website operations.

Hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce marketplaces*.

Experience creating or managing A+ Content / Enhanced Content*.

* Strong understanding of product data, SKUs, variants, categorisation, and product content.

Valuable knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets*.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large product catalogues.

* Positive communication and coordination skills.
