What You''ll Do:
Own finance end-to-end for the India entity — budgeting, forecasting, expense and invoice management, and financial reporting that''s accurate and audit-ready.
Build the playbook:



design and own the internal processes and documentation that keep us consistent as we scale, not just today.
Own operational execution — vendor management, data tracking, and internal requests — and proactively fix inefficiencies before they cost us.
Own financial and operational data across spreadsheets and internal tools, keeping it clean, structured, and decision-ready.
Take full, end-to-end ownership of finance and ops projects — from scoping to delivery, with no hand-holding required.
Be the person other teams come to when a cross-functional operational or financial problem needs solving.
Work directly with leadership on reporting, compliance, and building processes that hold up as we grow.

What We''re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in finance, operations, accounting, or a similar role — owning systems end to end
MBA (Finance), CA, or CMA.
Real ownership mentality — this is core to the role, not optional. You default to fixing things, not flagging them and waiting.
