About the Role

Indian Electricals is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in accounting, taxation, reconciliations, banking, and financial documentation, along with hands-on knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions.
Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, and ledger management.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and complete regular reconciliations.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, payment records, and other financial documents.
Handle bank reconciliation and resolve outstanding differences.
Manage GST, TDS/TCS, and other taxation-related accounting activities.
Verify purchase invoices against POs, GRNs,



and supporting documents.
Prepare payment schedules and monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and accounting records.
Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports as required.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, consultants, and management for accounting-related matters.
Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of accounting and statutory requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of practical accounting experience.
Strong experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, ledger management, and reconciliation.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS/TCS, and Income Tax-related activities.
Experience with bank reconciliation and general ledger functions.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation
