The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment: From understanding requirements to onboarding.
Candidate sourcing: Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and databases.
Screening & interviewing: Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
