Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Executive with 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have robust analytical skills and hands-on experience in MIS reporting, reconciliations, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
Verify invoices and maintain accurate accounting records
Manage vendor payments and follow up on outstanding balances
Support payroll processing and finance documentation
Work on profitability and operational finance reports
Ensure timely completion of finance activities
Coordinate with internal teams for accurate reporting
Maintain documentation for audits and compliance

Requirements




Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting
2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
Valuable understanding of reconciliations and finance operations
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills
Experience in startup or operations finance
Knowledge of Tally / Zoho / ERP systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Valuable communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
