Job Description: Sales Team Leader

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader with a proven track record of directly managing and developing sales teams. The ideal candidate will have strong B2C sales experience, preferably in real estate, along with a consistent career history and a highly accountable, data-driven approach to sales management.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of direct team-handling experience in a sales setting.
Proven experience managing a team of 58 Sales Associates.
Solid real estate or B2C sales background preferred.
Consistent employment history with demonstrated depth and progression in roles.
Candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes will not be considered.
Strong ability to train, coach, motivate, and lead sales professionals.
Excellent understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and pipeline management.
Strong CRM discipline with a data-oriented and high-accountability mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities




Lead and manage a team of 5–8 Sales Associates to achieve monthly unit and revenue targets.
Conduct daily sales briefings, weekly performance reviews, and individual coaching sessions.
Train recent joiners on:
Product and project knowledge
Sales processes and best practices
Objection handling
Client engagement
Site visit protocols
Lead follow-up and conversion
Maintain deep and up-to-date product knowledge across assigned developer projects.
Develop and maintain competitive matrices and regularly share market intelligence with the sales team.
Monitor team pipelines, identify potential risks early, and take corrective action to maintain target achievement.
Ensure strong CRM hygiene, including accurate lead updates, follow-ups, pipeline stages, and activity tracking.
Support Sales Associates in complex client conversations, negotiations, and deal closures.
