Works Manager – Automobile (Key Responsibilities)
Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Achieve productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time targets.
Maintain high quality standards with minimal rework and warranty claims.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Supervise and train technicians, supervisors, and support staff.
Monitor workshop costs and improve profitability.
Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines, company policies, and statutory norms.
Implement safety practices for a zero-accident workplace.
Prepare and submit operational and performance reports (MIS).
Drive continuous improvement and adopt best practices for service excellence.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
