Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. OPEX Engineer – HR Excellence to manage PMS, KRA, employee performance, induction, training, and HR Excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage PMS & KRA implementation across departments.
Lead HR Excellence projects and improvement initiatives.
Support goal setting, KRA tracking and performance reviews.
Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
Coordinate with department heads for performance alignment.
Maintain PMS, KRA, induction and training records.
Support OPEX / Continuous Improvement projects.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of PMS & KRA systems.
Experience in HR Excellence / Performance Management.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Valuable coordination and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and process-oriented approach.




Hands-on knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred Certifications

TPM | Lean Six Sigma | 5S | SPS | Lead Auditor | Internal Auditor

Preferred Candidate
8–10 years of relevant experience in OPEX / Operational Excellence / HR Excellence / PMS / KRA.
Engineering background preferred.
Experience working with multiple departments and department heads.
Candidates with OPEX + HR Excellence / PMS experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
