Student Success & Placement Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for a Student Success & Placement Coordinator to support students throughout their placement journey. The role involves student communication, placement coordination, interview scheduling, training coordination, employer interaction, and maintaining accurate placement records.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate placement opportunities, job openings, eligibility criteria, and application deadlines to students.
Address student queries related to placements, interviews, and career readiness.
Conduct placement orientation and awareness sessions.
Maintain student profiles, resumes, documents, placement databases, and trackers.
Coordinate employability programs such as aptitude training, soft skills, resume building, mock interviews, GDs, and interview preparation.
Shortlist eligible candidates and support students with job applications.
Coordinate interviews between recruiters and students, including scheduling and logistics.
Track interview outcomes, recruiter feedback, placement status, offers, and joining.
Follow up with students and recruiters throughout the placement process.
Maintain placement dashboards, MIS reports, and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Master's degree is a plus.
1–3 years of experience in Placement Coordination, Student Relations, Academic Operations, Career Services, or Training Coordination.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust coordination, follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM/data management tools, and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks in a fast-paced setting.
