Position: PYP Homeroom Facilitator
Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai
Curriculum: International Baccalaureate (IB) – Primary Years Programme (PYP)

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and qualified PYP Homeroom Facilitator to create an engaging, inquiry-driven, and student-centred learning environment aligned with the IB PYP philosophy and framework.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and facilitate inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework
Develop and implement transdisciplinary units of inquiry
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor and document students’ academic, social, and emotional development
Use formative and summative assessment strategies
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
Integrate technology and creative teaching strategies
Collaborate with PYP team members, specialist teachers, coordinators, and school leadership
Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress
Participate in curriculum planning,



professional development, workshops, and school events
Promote IB Learner Profile attributes and Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills

Eligibility & Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject
B.Ed., D.Ed., or equivalent recognized teaching qualification
Prior teaching experience in an IB PYP school is strongly preferred
IB PYP training/certification is preferred
Solid understanding of inquiry-based, concept-driven, and student-centred learning
Excellent English communication, classroom management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Experience with formative assessment, documentation of learning, and differentiated instruction

Candidate Preference:
Candidates with relevant IB PYP classroom experience and recognized IB PYP career development will be given preference.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
