Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR Operations at the plant.
Handle manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HR MIS.
Handle employee relations, grievances and engagement activities.
Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
Drive performance management, training and employee development.
Manage employee lifecycle activities confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits.
Partner with Plant Management on HR policies and workforce-related matters.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent.
810 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant setting.
Solid knowledge of HR Operations, Employee Relations & Labour Compliance.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
