Role & responsibilities
Sampling of Raw Materials, Finished Products, and In-process Materials as per SOP.
Handling, operation, and calibration of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, pH Meter, and other laboratory equipment.
Performing Wet Chemical Analysis and ensuring accuracy in test results.
Maintaining all QC documents, test records, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
Ensuring adherence to GMP, GLP, and safety practices during laboratory activities.
Knowledge and working experience of SAP for recording test results, material status updates, and related QC activities.
Coordination with Production, QA, and other departments for timely sample testing.
Maintaining the cleanliness and calibration status of instruments and working area.
Supporting in investigations, deviations, OOS/OOT results, and preparation of related reports.
Any other QC-related task assigned by the department head.
Preferred candidate profile
B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or relevant field.
45 years of experience in Quality Control in chemical/pharma industry.
Positive knowledge of analytical techniques, wet analysis, and laboratory practices.
Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
