Key Responsibilities
Patient Care: Perform assessments, administer meds/injections, monitor conditions, provide personal hygiene (bathing, bed making), assist with feeding, manage pain, and ensure patient safety.
Technical Duties: Collect specimens, perform diagnostic tests (like ECGs), apply dressings, manage IVs, operate medical equipment, and assist doctors.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and care plans.
Collaboration: Work with doctors, other nurses, and support staff to coordinate care and implement orders.
Patient/Family Education: Teach patients and their families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Ward Management: Handle admissions/discharges, manage supplies, maintain a clean environment, and ensure adherence to policies.

Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
