Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Safety Engineer to ensure a safe and compliant workplace by identifying hazards, implementing effective safety controls, and promoting a robust safety culture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in safety inspections, risk assessment, incident investigation, compliance, and employee safety training.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular workplace/site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Prepare and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Monitor PPE usage, work permits, housekeeping, and protected working practices.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and employee safety training.
Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
Support emergency preparedness,



fire safety, and evacuation drills.
Coordinate with project/site teams to implement corrective and preventive measures.
Track safety performance indicators and prepare periodic safety reports.
Stop or escalate unsafe work when necessary to prevent injury or damage.
Promote continuous improvement in workplace health and safety practices.

Required Qualifications / Experience:
Diploma/Bachelors degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
25 years of relevant experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or similar environments.
Good knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, PPE, work permits, and emergency procedures.
Solid communication, observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively with site/project teams.
Experience in architectural or facade lighting
