Financial Reporting & Accounting
Manage end-to-end accounting, including ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closures.
Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS, and reports for management.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory compliance, and internal controls.

Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify variances.
Provide financial insights to support business strategy.

Compliance & Taxation
Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
Liaise with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting for compliance purposes.

Treasury & Cash Management
Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize fund utilization.
Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, loans, and payments.
Manage receivables and payables to maintain liquidity.

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounts team.
Ensure timely completion of finance tasks with accuracy.





Strategic Support
Provide financial guidance to business units.
Evaluate project feasibility and financial viability.
Support Finance Head / CFO in decision-making and long-term planning.

Required Qualifications
Qualified CA required only
Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, insulation, or project-based industries preferred.
Solid knowledge of taxation, banking, audits, and compliance.
Proficiency in ERP systems SAP, Tally, and MS Excel.
