The Campaign Strategist turns client goals into explicit creative and campaign briefs, then coordinates the work across design, copy, video, dev, and performance to bring each campaign to life. This role is centered on ownership. You are the person who keeps every campaign on strategy, on brand, and on schedule from first brief to final delivery.

What You'll Do Day to Day
Translate client goals and requests into explicit,



actionable creative and campaign briefs
Coordinate work across design, copy, video, dev, and performance to keep every campaign moving
Review work in progress to make sure it stays aligned with the client's goals and brand
Manage campaign timelines and flag risks before they become problems
Communicate directly with clients on progress, feedback, and next steps
Own the overall quality and cohesion of each client's work from start to finish
Identify prospects to improve how campaigns are planned and delivered

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
4+ years of experience in account management, campaign strategy, or creative production
Robust project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to clients
