1.cGMP compliance, Validations, stability, Analysis of Pharma Raw Materials & Finished Products, Managing the laboratory teams and determining work priorities, Daily planning of analysis and ensure analysis of raw materials, intermediates, in-process controls, Proficient in various analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy) and knowledgeable about regulatory standards (e.g., ICH, FDA, EMA).
2.Familiarity with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Assurance (QA) principles.
3.Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
4.Assist in internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.
5.Work closely with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
