Graduate Engineer Trainee – Production Engineering

Dingir Universo Ventures Private Limited is looking for energetic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) – Production Engineering to join our mining and operations team. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training in production planning, process optimization, plant operations, maintenance coordination, quality control, safety practices, and field operations.

This is an excellent chance for fresh engineering graduates who want to build a career in production, manufacturing, mining operations, and industrial management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily production and operational activities
Monitor production processes, output, and productivity
Support production planning and scheduling
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and site engineering teams
Identify process bottlenecks and support improvement initiatives
Assist in manpower, material, and equipment utilization planning
Monitor production targets and prepare daily/weekly production reports




Support preventive maintenance and minimize equipment downtime
Assist in quality control and process improvement activities
Follow workplace safety procedures and applicable DGMS compliance requirements
Participate in 5S, continuous improvement, and productivity enhancement initiatives
Support project execution and field operations
Maintain proper operational and production documentation

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech / Diploma in:
Production Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Mining Engineering
Electrical Engineering

Experience:
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience may also apply

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of production planning and industrial processes
Understanding of manufacturing/production operations
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and produc
