Role Overview:
Healync Private Health is seeking a proactive Healthcare Case Manager to manage end-to-end healthcare coordination for clients. The role requires strong patient advocacy, seamless medical coordination, and high-touch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact and patient advocate for assigned clients
Work closely with leading business leaders across India and coordinate care with globally renowned international healthcare institutions
Coordinate appointments, admissions, procedures, and follow-ups
Liaise with hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, TPAs, and international institutions
Manage insurance pre-authorizations, claims, and billing coordination
Handle all health-related coordination to ensure smooth and timely care
Escalate critical cases with urgency and discretion

Requirements:
Must be a doctor/BDS




3+ years’ experience in hospital operations / patient coordination / TPA / healthcare management
Solid understanding of hospital and insurance workflows
Excellent communication, discretion, and organizational skills
Ability to manage high-profile clients with professionalism
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related fieldCompetitive salary. High ownership role. Immediate joining preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
