About the Role

BRB Digital is looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of agency experience in managing and scaling campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

This is not a beginner-level role. We are specifically looking for someone with a robust track record of running digital marketing campaigns and generating high-quality leads to drive agency growth in both Indian and International markets.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing multiple agency accounts, optimising campaigns for lead generation, improving CPL, and driving consistent ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
LinkedIn Ads
Generate qualified leads for digital marketing services, including:
SEO
Social Media Marketing
Website Development
Performance Marketing
Branding Services
Create and execute lead generation strategies for India and International markets.




Monitor and optimise campaign performance based on:
CPL (Cost Per Lead)
CPC (Cost Per Click)
CTR (Click Through Rate)
Conversion Rate
ROAS and ROI
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and funnel optimisation.
Create campaign structures, audience segments, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audiences.
Coordinate with content, graphic design, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently and provide actionable recommendations.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with transparent insights and growth strategies.
Continuously test creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve lead quality.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3+ years of proven agency experience in performance marketing.
