Qualification:-
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Candidates with CTET/TET qualification will be preferred.
Relevant teaching experience in a reputed school will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Social Studies/Social Science to assigned PRT or TGT grades.
Prepare engaging lesson plans, classroom activities, worksheets, and assessments.
Develop students’ conceptual understanding of History, Geography, Civics, and related areas.
Conduct regular assessments and maintain academic records.
Use creative and activity-based teaching methodologies.
Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.
Provide appropriate academic support and guidance to students.
Participate in school activities, meetings, events, and co-curricular programmes.
Communicate effectively with parents and coordinators regarding students’ progress.
Follow the school’s academic curriculum, policies, and teaching standards.
Required Skills
Solid subject knowledge in Social Studies.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Good lesson planning and assessment skills.
Ability to use technology and digital teaching resources.
Student-friendly and positive approach.
Ability to work collaboratively with the academic team.
Experience: Relevant school teaching experience preferred. Freshers with robust subject knowledge and B.Ed. qualification may also be considered.
